Uni students Emily and Sophie Martin are passionate about food, fitness and living a balanced lifestyle. The dynamic twins have pooled their knowledge and drawn from their own experiences to create a collection of delicious recipes (think dinner on a budget, to-die-for study snacks and portable lunches).However, this is more than just a collection of recipes, they have also put together some simple exercise workouts that you can easily do at home. Finally, they offer advice and techniques for coping with mental health issues, flat dynamics, and the general pressures of student life.
